Professor Dr. Parvez Ahmed

Professor Dr. Parvez Ahmed is an esteemed academic, legal expert of aviation and outer space, and researcher with over 20 years’ of experiences in tertiary education and legal practice. He holds a PhD in Corporate Law along with multiple LLM degrees including one in International Business Law from the University of Gloucestershire, UK and another in Air and Space Law from Aviation and Aerospace University, Bangladesh. Notably, he is among the first two professors in Bangladesh to hold an LLM in Air and Space Law. Before joining the Canadian University of Bangladesh (CUB), Dr. Ahmed served as a Professor and Head/Chairman of the Department of Law at State University of Bangladesh (SUB), Gono Bishwabidyalay and Green University of Bangladesh (GUB). He served Daffodil International University (DIU) and Sylhet International University (SIU) as Assistant Professor and Lecturer respectively.
