Professor Dr. Gias Uddin Ahsan, Pro Vice-Chancellor and Vice Chancellor (in-charge) chaired the program. Dr. Prof. S.M. Arifuzzaman , Head, School of Business; Mr. Walid Bin Kader, Assistant Professor and Acting Head, Dept. of General Education conducted the program.

Prof. Dr. Miftahur Rahman, Dean, School of Science and Engineering, and Head, Dept. of CSE and faculty members and other officials were present in the program.

The program ended with a colorful cultural program, participated by the students of English Club and other students of Canadian University of Bangladesh, and supervised by Md. Abdullah Al Mamun, Asst. Prof. and Head (Acting), Department of English.
